This Privacy Policy applies to Drop2Go services operated by 放輕鬆科技有限公司. To provide the service, Drop2Go may collect the following information: • Name • Email address • Phone number • Nationality, used for traveler origin statistics and service optimization • Booking information, including location, date, and luggage type • Luggage appearance photos, drop-off and pickup records, order status records, and customer support or dispute handling records When you use the platform, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser information, and usage behavior. This information is used to maintain service security and improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used to: • Process bookings and payments • Confirm drop-off and pickup status and send confirmation emails and QR Codes • Provide customer support • Protect the rights and interests of users and partner shops • Handle loss, damage, overdue pickup, and other service disputes • Improve the platform service experience • Conduct traveler behavior analysis and marketing campaign planning using de-identified data, as described in Section 6

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Stripe, TapPay, and ECPay, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Drop2Go does not store or access your credit card or payment information.

4. Use by Minors

This service is suitable for users of all ages. When minors use the service, we recommend booking and payment with the assistance or consent of a legal guardian.

5. Information Sharing

We share information only when necessary with: • Partner shops, limited to information required for luggage storage • Payment service providers • Email delivery service providers Drop2Go does not sell, rent, or exchange your personal data.

6. Use of De-identified Data

Drop2Go may de-identify your personal data by removing or masking fields that can directly identify an individual, and use the resulting data for the following purposes: • Analyzing traveler behavior, booking trends, and service demand • Planning marketing activities and improving platform service quality • Sharing non-identifying statistical data with partners Under the Personal Data Protection Act, de-identified data no longer constitutes personal data, and Drop2Go may use it in accordance with applicable law. 7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. We retain data only for the period necessary to fulfill the collection purposes, or as required by law. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and take necessary remedial measures. Although we take reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission or storage.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and related laws and regulations. In case of dispute, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
