Why travelers trust Drop2Go

Drop2Go is a Taipei-founded luggage storage platform created by Jason Lin, a software engineer and avid traveler. The platform connects travelers with verified cafés, hotels, and local shops across the city — enabling online booking with a QR code check-in system.

Every partner location must meet Drop2Go's standards: indoor-only storage, access restricted to staff, defined opening hours, and a designated responsible person on-site. In case of loss or damage, Drop2Go compensates up to NT$10,000 per booking. A formal insurance partnership for travelers is in progress.

Currently serving key Taipei districts — Taipei Main Station, Ximending, and Zhongshan. Expanding to Taichung and Tainan soon. Customer support available daily 09:00–23:00 (GMT+8) via Email or Instagram, with a 15-minute response target during hours.

How much does it cost?
Regular luggage is NT$50/2h, NT$80/4h, or NT$200/day. Oversized items are NT$80/2h, NT$150/4h, or NT$300/day.
How do I book a storage spot?
Just choose a location, select your number of bags, dates, and pay online. You’ll instantly receive a QR pass to show at the store.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — free cancellation anytime before your scheduled drop-off.
Can I pay at the store?
Not in Phase 1. All bookings are paid online for faster check-in and to secure space.
Is my luggage safe?
Yes. Every partner location must meet our requirements: indoor storage area, responsible staff on-site, defined opening hours, and restricted storage access.
Do you offer insurance?
In case of loss or damage, Drop2Go compensates up to NT$10,000 per booking. We are also preparing an official insurance partnership for travelers.
Can staff access my bags?
No. Staff cannot open or search your bags. They may only handle the exterior of the luggage for storage purposes. Storage areas are not accessible to customers, and bags are only returned after QR verification.
What if something goes wrong?
You can contact support directly by Email or Instagram. Response time within 15 minutes during support hours.
Are there size or weight limits?
Regular luggage (carry-ons, checked luggage, backpacks, handbags) and oversized items (strollers, sports equipment, large instruments, wheelchairs) are accepted. Availability still depends on each shop’s space, so message us and we’ll confirm immediately.
How long can I store my bags?
From a few hours up to multiple days. For long-term storage (1 week+), contact support first.
Can I drop off and pick up at different locations?
Not at the moment. Pick-up must happen at the same location as drop-off.
How do opening hours work?
Every location has its own schedule. When you book, you’ll see opening hours, drop-off window, and pick-up deadline. You must pick up before closing time.
What if lockers are full at Taipei Main Station?
Drop2Go locations often sit outside stations and near attractions, making it easier to continue your day without luggage.
