Pricing & Booking
Regular luggage is NT$50/2h, NT$80/4h, or NT$200/day. Oversized items are NT$80/2h, NT$150/4h, or NT$300/day.
Just choose a location, select your number of bags, dates, and pay online. You’ll instantly receive a QR pass to show at the store.
Yes — free cancellation anytime before your scheduled drop-off.
Not in Phase 1. All bookings are paid online for faster check-in and to secure space.
Safety, Insurance & Trust
Yes. Every partner location must meet our requirements: indoor storage area, responsible staff on-site, defined opening hours, and restricted storage access.
In case of loss or damage, Drop2Go compensates up to NT$10,000 per booking. We are also preparing an official insurance partnership for travelers.
No. Staff cannot open or search your bags. They may only handle the exterior of the luggage for storage purposes. Storage areas are not accessible to customers, and bags are only returned after QR verification.

Bag Size, Duration & Limits
Regular luggage (carry-ons, checked luggage, backpacks, handbags) and oversized items (strollers, sports equipment, large instruments, wheelchairs) are accepted. Availability still depends on each shop’s space, so message us and we’ll confirm immediately.
From a few hours up to multiple days. For long-term storage (1 week+), contact support first.
Not at the moment. Pick-up must happen at the same location as drop-off.
Hours, Locations & Availability
Every location has its own schedule. When you book, you’ll see opening hours, drop-off window, and pick-up deadline. You must pick up before closing time.
Drop2Go locations often sit outside stations and near attractions, making it easier to continue your day without luggage.
